While Olympia's experience spans a variety of sectors, she has a particular passion for healthcare, education, social services and

Nicole Ammon

Nicole is an avid animal enthusiast with 25 years of experience working with exotic animals and native wildlife, along with domestic animals, in zoological, sanctuary, and veterinary settings. She loves to travel and volunteer her time working with animals in other countries. Nicole has an office management background excelling in data organization and budgeting. She is a proud graduate of The Evergreen State College (BS '98) and Cat Tales Zoological Training Center (Honors Certificate '99).



Carissa is a problem-solver by nature and enjoys analyzing challenges and implementing solutions, processes, and systems to help leaders and organizations succeed. As a virtual chief of staff, Carissa is the behind-the-scenes go-to person to help leaders get things done, providing short or long-term support, special projects management, system and process improvement, and other operational and strategic support. While Carissa’s interests span a broad spectrum, she is drawn to projects and organizations improving access, choice, and opportunity for all. She enjoys great food, a sandy beach, puppies, and cheese.

Cinthia is a bilingual health advocate that fell in love with helping the community while interning with the UT Health Science Center Rio Grande Campus. Shortly after graduation, she moved to Dallas to further her passion for nonprofit work, where she helped women become self-sufficient and confident through financial empowerment, career growth, and wellness programs. Cinthia is a proud graduate of the University of Texas at El Paso (BS ’08) She is a foodie, lover of animals, nature, traveling, and house music.

Axel is an advocate for equality, equity, peace, and social justice. Born and raised in Los Angeles, Axel has has a background as a teacher’s assistant, youth-sports coach, and as a surgical technician. Despite all the accolades and titles that Axel has earned throughout his life, the ones that he takes the most pride in, and are the most rewarding to him, are father and husband. Axel enjoys everything life has to offer including coffee, music, and connecting with like minded people.
